This section explains in detail what happens from the moment the order leaves the warehouse until it is delivered, which shipping companies we work with, how to track the parcel, and what to do in case of possible delays.

1. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Within Turkey: 1 - 4 business days. (In major cities usually 1-2 days, for remote regions 3-4 days.)
  • To other countries (international orders): 3 - 7 business days. (Customs, local delivery, and official holidays may affect the delivery time.)

2. Shipping Companies

Main carriers for Sporiumshop.com shipments:

  • Turkey: Aras Kargo, PTT Kargo.
  • International orders: UPS (express and standard services).

3. Shipping Cost and Calculation

Within Turkey: The shipping cost is generally fixed. For orders over 1000₺, "Free Shipping" Promotion applies. The company reserves the right to suspend the promotion, and in case of product return, the shipping cost is charged to the customer.

International orders: The shipping cost is calculated depending on weight, volume, destination country, and active promotions. The final price is shown at checkout. Factors affecting the cost include:

  • Product weight and parcel volume (volumetric weight)
  • Request for expedited delivery (express)
  • Promotions and free shipping thresholds
  • Carrier tariffs depending on country or region

4. Order Preparation and Dispatch

The order is usually prepared after payment confirmation and stock check. Steps:

  1. Order confirmation and payment verification
  2. Picking the product from the warehouse and packaging
  3. Creating shipping label and documents
  4. Handover to the carrier – tracking number is created at this point

5. Tracking, Notifications and Contact

After dispatch, you will receive an SMS and/or e-mail with the tracking number. Tracking methods:

  • For Turkey — tracking sites of Aras Kargo and PTT Kargo
  • For international orders — UPS tracking site

These expenses are paid by the recipient. Sometimes carriers may pay them in advance to avoid delays and collect the fees upon delivery. For accurate information, please check your country’s customs website or contact the carrier.

7. Damage, Loss or Shortage

If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, create a damage report in the presence of the courier and take photos. Then contact us. Steps:

  1. Report damage or shortage (e-mail + photos + tracking number)
  2. Carrier investigation starts
  3. Resolution after verification (reshipment, refund, or compensation)

8. Packaging and Recommendations

  • We pack products to protect them during transport. However, for fragile items, you may request additional protection.
  • If the product is clearly fragile, please specify this in the order note.
  • For shoe shipments, products inside the box are delivered in TRANSPARENT PACKAGING; the recipient can view the contents before payment if "Cash on Delivery" option was selected.

9. Expedited Delivery, Wholesale and Corporate Orders

For wholesale or corporate orders, we offer special logistics solutions. Delivery time and cost are determined individually depending on order volume. For corporate orders, please contact our sales department.

10. Special Cases

  • During holiday seasons and peak periods (national and religious holidays), delivery may take longer.
  • In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters or carrier strikes, delays may occur. In such cases, we will inform you in advance.
