Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. You can safely return or exchange products purchased from Sporiumshop.com.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Requests outside this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or unhygienic items will not be accepted.
  • Shoes must have been tried on indoors only; worn outdoors are not eligible.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and similar items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

3. Return Process

  1. Email your request to info@sporiumshop.com.
  2. After approval, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  3. Once received, our QC team will inspect the items; if eligible, the return will be approved.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Standard return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days.
  • After QC approval, exchanges are made for the requested size/color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Unless stated otherwise, exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Tip: Please place the original shoebox/apparel packaging inside a protective outer box to avoid damage in transit.
